Michigan’s top elections board has voted to certify the November election results.
After reviewing the Michigan Bureau of Elections report, the 4 person board comprising of two Republicans and two Democrats voted 3-0 to certify the results.
Michigan Republicans have asked for a postelection audit, but one cannot happen until after the votes are certified.
The Michigan Secretary of State said the state was planning to do a post-election audit. As the results stand, Biden won Michigan by 154,000 votes.
The certification awards all 16 of Michigan’s Electoral votes to Democratic Challenger Joe Biden.
